About this Role

We are seeking a Reporting Analyst to join our Platforms and Automation team in Bucharest. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and execute management reporting for the Security and Compliance service in line with agreed OLAs and KPIs. You will identify opportunities to leverage data for improved delivery performance and business value, while continuously optimising processes to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services.

What you will do

  • Produce reports within agreed deadlines and quality standards.
  • Review and confirm requirements for new reporting capabilities.
  • Agree delivery timelines with stakeholders and keep them informed throughout the lifecycle.
  • Develop and test reports, ensuring approval from requesters.
  • Standardise deliverables, update configuration records, and promote reports into production.
  • Manage scheduled report production and distribution in line with OLAs.
  • Investigate and resolve issues with production reports.
  • Work against defined SLAs and KPIs to ensure service excellence.
  • Support team knowledge development and continuous service improvement.
  • Review request intake, delivery, and operational reporting processes annually for optimisation.

Who you are

  • Experienced in working within a multinational environment.
  • Proficient in English (B2–C1 level).
  • Skilled in reporting using complex Excel and PowerPoint files, with ability to analyse and adjust data from multiple sources.
  • Familiar with Power Query scripting and macros.
  • Basic knowledge of Business Intelligence and data analysis.
  • Excellent communicator, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to deliver flawless reports under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Customer-focused and responsive, with strong organisational skills.
