What you’ll do

The Senior Retail Sales Advisor is responsible for the sales of products and services directly to the end customers by matching the products and services to the needs of each customer in line with Retail Sales standards and procedures. The Senior Retail Sales Advisor interacts directly with customers and focuses on increasing sales, exceeding sales targets, elevating the customer experience with Vodafone, developing customer loyalty and cross-selling through managing the customer experience. The customer base is mostly consumers but may also include some small business, SOHO (Small Office Home Office) and self-employed customers. Typically reports to the Retail Sales Manager.

Who you are

* Follows Retail Sales policies and processes to support the store team in delivery of activities related to entire sales process, builds trusting relationships with the customer base and represents the brand;

* Delivers an excellent sales experience, developing customer loyalty toward Vodafone;

* Performs assigned tasks which support the advocacy of Self-Serve and Digital-First for solving non-complicated service situations;

* Supports the store operations and may be involved with reporting, stock-taking, audit and other administrative activities as required;

* Contributes towards effective cross-channel collaboration;

* Supports and educates the customer around setting up/using their device, resolves basic technical queries, diagnoses and organises repair of faulty devices and identifies cross/upsell opportunities;

* Uses communication skills to ensure effective collaboration across channels, and with other stores;

* engages with the local community and businesses (e.g. shopping centre, events, local charities/schools) and acts as an ambassador;

* Has a good understanding of Vodafone�s products, services and processes and informs customers according to defined Vodafone standards in order to improve their customer experience;

* Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.
