Your day to day:

  • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions based on business needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents efficiently
  • Ensure smooth integration between Salesforce and other systems
  • Collaborate with teams across different locations, contributing to best practices and knowledge sharing

  • Delivering stable, scalable Salesforce solutions that directly support business operations
  • Reducing system downtime and improving efficiency through well-structured development and maintenance
  • Optimizing the use of Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud to enhance business workflows
  • Acting as a technical expert, guiding colleagues and driving best practices

With these skills you are a great candidate:

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with LWC, Aura, Apex, VF Pages, Triggers
  • Expertise in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
  • Solid understanding of integrations and Salesforce best practices
  • Ability to navigate complex Salesforce implementations with a structured, problem-solving approach
  • Fluent English, with strong communication and collaboration skills

 

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer 1, or higher)
  • Salesforce Application Architect knowledge
  • German language skills – useful but not mandatory
  • Experience with automated deployment tools and CI/CD processes
