About this Role

We are seeking a Scrum Master to guide Agile teams in delivering high-quality digital and automation solutions within Vodafone Network Operations. This role focuses on enabling efficient delivery processes, supporting Agile best practices, and ensuring alignment between business objectives, timelines, and customer expectations. The individual will act as a facilitator, coach, and coordinator, helping teams remove obstacles and continuously improve their delivery performance in a complex, data-driven environment.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate project delivery using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe
  • Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
  • Ensure backlog readiness by working closely with team members to clarify requirements and align priorities
  • Define timelines, monitor progress, and manage risks to ensure delivery commitments are achieved
  • Support teams by identifying and removing impediments impacting delivery
  • Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and ensure effective internal communication
  • Use visualisation tools and delivery data to manage workflows and track progress
  • Ensure adherence to Agile principles and frameworks while promoting continuous improvement
  • Support conflict resolution and encourage a constructive team environment
  • Produce delivery forecasts and progress reports based on performance metrics
  • Contribute to the Agile community by sharing knowledge and promoting best practices
  • Facilitate customer-facing meetings and provide updates on delivery progress

Who you are

  • Experienced in IT or telecommunications operations with a track record of delivering results
  • Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within software development environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/delivery environments, ideally in public cloud
  • Confident in working collaboratively across diverse, cross-cultural teams
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Skilled in problem-solving and managing dependencies across teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
  • Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working within business-critical operations and ensuring high-quality delivery
