Your day to day:

The Scrum Master review, build and deliver high quantity and high quality DC Infrastructure Migrations plans & roadmaps aligned with Local Markets and Group Functions into DC Operations, following Architecture, Security, Datacenter and Design boundaries and Customer requirements, in order to accelerate the modernization of Oracle DBs and WebLogic components in a modern hybrid cloud ecosystem.

The Scrum Master plays a crucial part in ensuring the success delivery of the OCI&MOrE! strategic modernization initiative - Acceleration of IT  and People transformation with the target to modernize Oracle DBs and WebLogic components in a modern hybrid cloud ecosystem, helping us to become a leading digital company.

The Scrum Master provides support and facilitation to increase velocity and productivity. This role is also responsible for keeping a pulse on needs and insights from stakeholders and other initiatives, regularly communicating status, changes in direction, and relevant metrics to avoid misalignment and roadblocks.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments, leading the team and business in finding a solution, coordinating with other Teams and Stakeholders, and actively escalating when needed to ensure resolution.
  • Support the Regional Agile Leads in ensuring on time OCI&MOrE migrations(based on scheduled date agreed with LMs), aligning priorities, and planning sprint iterations
  • Coach team members on Agile methods and technical practices (e.g. CI/CD, TDD etc.)
  • Track and manage risks and issues of the OCI & MOrE Migration delivery team
  • Track and report on current status of all the deliveries
  • Facilitating/Running key agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • Proven Agile methodology expertise on software engineering/IT projects.
  • Good understanding of IT Infrastructure delivery
  • Good know-how of IT Infra modernization & migration to cloud
  • High level understanding of the IT infrastructure & applications
  • Strong ability to coach and develop Agile on others, an inherent entrepreneurial spirit, and focuses on ever-improving team performance.
  • Good problem-solving capabilities and communicator
