About this Role
What you will do
- Facilitate the adoption and continuous improvement of Scrum practices across the delivery team.
- Coordinate team workflows by organising and facilitating planning and backlog refinement sessions.
- Support the planning and scheduling of outcomes, objectives, and agreed milestones.
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and refinement sessions.
- Promote Agile values and ways of working, encouraging a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Collect and analyse relevant delivery data and metrics to support accurate forecasting and informed decision-making.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to define, prioritise, and maintain a healthy product backlog.
Who you are
- An experienced Scrum Master with at least two years of experience in an IT environment.
- Skilled in facilitation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Confident in supporting delivery forecasting and planning activities.
- Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Educated to higher education level in IT or a relevant field.
- Certified with at least one recognised Scrum or Agile certification from an accredited organisation.
- Comfortable working in English at a minimum B2 level; additional languages are an advantage.
