About this Role
What you will do
- Provide project management and implementation support across diverse Global Corporate Security & Resilience initiatives, including training transitions, integrations, and embedding awareness programmes.
- Support delivery of global simulated phishing campaigns — coordinating scheduling, assisting markets with campaign set‑up, launching activities, and reporting analytics.
- Promote a strong security culture throughout Vodafone by raising awareness, encouraging secure behaviours, and embedding core security principles.
- Manage communication and engagement channels such as Viva Engage, VF Grow, DWP and SharePoint, ensuring that KPIs and impact metrics are effectively monitored.
- Partner with technical teams including Information Security and DLP to translate technical topics into clear, accessible messages for end users.
- Assist in managing end‑to‑end logistics and delivery for security engagement events including Security Week, Fraud Week, Business Continuity Week, workshops, training sessions and webinars.
Who you are
- Experienced or exposed to content development and branding activities.
- Knowledgeable about security concepts and common threat types.
- Familiar with the creation and delivery of e‑learning modules.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Skilled in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to extract and interpret data for decision-making.
- A graduate in mass communication or an individual with relevant experience in content development, branding, or social media content management.
