Who are you
You are an experienced project management professional with a strong technical background in telecommunications and system integration. You excel in stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration across virtual teams and multiple geographies. You are customer-focused, analytical, and demonstrate learning agility and decision-making capabilities.
What you will do
- Lead the full lifecycle of complex programmes and projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Establish governance frameworks in collaboration with Market Delivery Managers and NSE stakeholders.
- Define and maintain project plans, proactively manage risks, and resolve escalations.
- Drive resource prioritisation and ensure clear, customer-focused communication.
- Formalise and report all projects using the NSE PM tool, ensuring proper governance.
- Advocate for PM managed services and contribute to continuous improvement within the DMaaS community.
- Support knowledge sharing and integration of new team members.
- Provide accurate reporting on project interdependencies and escalate potential roadblocks.
What skills you need
- University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent.
- Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in process and project management within telecommunications.
- Strong understanding of network architecture and engineering project lifecycles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in virtual, cross-functional teams.
- Financial acumen and awareness of ICT technologies.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal skill
