About this Role
What you will do
- Support governance for IT Business Services compliance across Vodafone businesses.
- Manage Platinum and Gold Service Compliance lists, including periodic updates, data quality checks, alignment with ICMS data, and clean-up activities.
- Produce monthly, periodic, and ad-hoc compliance reports with accurate and consistent data.
- Engage with subject matter experts to assess services against compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Service Enablement teams to ensure new services meet required compliance standards.
- Perform day-to-day operational activities such as business area reviews, service assessments, service upgrade or downgrade requests, and reporting.
- Communicate regularly and clearly with stakeholders across business lines, technology teams, and management.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance reporting, and strengthen stakeholder collaboration.
- Identify, escalate, monitor, and report risks to resolution to minimise business impact.
- Participate in governance forums and contribute to the ongoing maturity of compliance processes.
Who you are
- Experienced in data management, with the ability to work accurately with complex datasets.
- Familiar with service management and ITSM practices, ideally within an IT environment covering infrastructure and applications.
- Highly organised, structured, and attentive to detail.
- Confident in written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
- Comfortable transforming, visualising, and reporting on large volumes of data.
- Educated to degree level in a technical or management-related field, or able to demonstrate equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles, supported by ITIL Foundation certification or relevant experience.
