Your day to day:
- Provide 3rd-level troubleshooting and problem management, ensuring smooth operations in a production environment.
- Analyze and resolve incidents in production systems, applying structured problem-solving techniques.
- Install, configure, and administer IT deliverables for business-critical applications.
- Utilize ANSI SQL expertise to diagnose and optimize database-related issues.
- Work with Java and WebLogic, supporting integrations and ensuring application stability.
