Your day to day:

  • Provide 3rd-level troubleshooting and problem management, ensuring smooth operations in a production environment.
  • Analyze and resolve incidents in production systems, applying structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Install, configure, and administer IT deliverables for business-critical applications.
  • Utilize ANSI SQL expertise to diagnose and optimize database-related issues.
  • Work with Java and WebLogic, supporting integrations and ensuring application stability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and German-speaking stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and solutions.

  • Ensure high availability and performance of IT applications, reducing downtime and disruptions.
  • Play a key role in incident response and problem resolution, minimizing operational risks.
  • Support IT deliverables and their seamless administration in complex environments.
  • Work closely with development teams, operations, and IT partners to improve system resilience.

With these skills you are a great candidate:

Must-Have:

  • Proficiency in German language for technical collaboration.
  • Senior-level problem-solving skills for handling production incidents.
  • Strong knowledge of ANSI SQL for troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Exposure to Java and WebLogic, ensuring smooth system integrations.

 

Nice-to-Have:

  • Project management skills to support releases and coordinate technical teams.
  • Effective communication skills to work with stakeholders and present solutions clearly.
  • Kepner-Tregoe problem-solving expertise, bringing a structured approach to issue resolution.
  • ITIL framework exposure for improved incident and service management.
