About this Role
What you’ll do
- Produce design documentation for technical and business processes using industry best practices
- Analyse business and technical requirements to assess impact on products and services
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and refine business requirements and solution objectives
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with architectural guidelines
- Develop end-to-end solution documentation ensuring alignment with design principles and operating models
- Create design artefacts such as architecture diagrams, user journeys, and wireframes
- Support backlog refinement and reprioritisation of requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Contribute to delivery planning, performance alignment, and milestone tracking
- Provide feedback through testing activities to ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Identify and communicate delivery risks and opportunities
- Facilitate communication and alignment between customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure continuous awareness of business changes within the project team
Who you are
- Experience in solution design, technical business analysis, or service design within an Agile environment
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and software architecture principles
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, or configuration management systems
- Ability to define work specifications and manage backlogs effectively
- Strong analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Understanding of software development and operational processes
- Effective communication, facilitation, and organisational skills
- Strong problem-solving capability and attention to detail
- Experience engaging with senior business stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
