About this Role

We are seeking a Solution Owner to design and govern integration-focused software architectures that enable intelligent automation across Service Management and other service lines. This role sits within Software & Product Infrastructure and acts as a Single Point of Contact within the Technical Design Authority, shaping product and architecture decisions across engineering and transformation initiatives.

What you will do

  • Design and maintain integration solutions aligned with existing enterprise architecture and integration standards
  • Implement integrations using APIs, messaging, event‑driven patterns, ESB, ETL, or iPaaS platforms, based on solution designs and requirements
  • Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and development teams to translate functional and non‑functional requirements into working integration implementations
  • Develop and configure API integrations, middleware flows, and data transformations ensuring performance, reliability, security, and scalability
  • Contribute to integration documentation, including interface specifications, configuration, and operational runbooks
  • Participate in integration testing activities, with a strong focus on APIs and end‑to‑end flows; support automation and test executionTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues across environments
  • Promote reuse of existing integration components and services to reduce duplication and improve delivery efficiency
  • Support continuous improvement of integration platforms and tools through enhancements, refactoring, and operational feedback
  • Work closely with operations and DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and stable production deployments

Who you are

  • 5+ years’ experience delivering integration solutions
  • Strong practical knowledge of integration patterns (SOA, microservices, API‑centric, event‑driven)
  • Hands‑on experience building secure, scalable, multi‑layer integration solutions
  • Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases and their usage in distributed systems
  • Experience with integration and API testing tools
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Comfortable working in agile / DevOps environments
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams
  • CI/CD and DevOps experience for integration solutions (pipelines, automation, monitoring)
