Your day to day:

As a Sourcing Lead for VOIS Talent Acquisition team, you will lead the talent sourcing function, providing strategic input and insights as part of the Global Sourcing Center of Excellence (COE). In this role, you will guide a team of sourcing specialists to implement effective sourcing strategies and support Talent Acquisition Partners in building a strong talent pipeline across Eastern Europe region (Romania, Hungary & Albania). You will also optimise sourcing channels, uphold compliance standards, and ensure a positive experience for all candidates.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Lead the development and refinement of sourcing strategies to address current and future hiring needs, collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition Leads & TABP (talent acquisition business partners) for the entire Eastern Europe region comprising of Romania, Hungary & Albania.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of sourcing specialists in Eastern Europe region, providing direction on sourcing best practices and tools.
  • Prioritize and distribute requisitions to ensure timely handling of open roles and educate the team on compliance standards and best practices through training sessions and resources.Hold regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and best practices.
  • Ensure the team maintains the conversion SLA from sourcing to TA Business Partners, achieves diverse profile sourcing targets, and adheres to other internal TA sourcing metrics.
  • Self-source senior and specialised & senior roles. Collaborate with TA business partners to understand the requirements and source suitable profiles for the roles, ensuring coverage across the entire Eastern Europe region and update accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (SucessFactors) and other recruitment tools (CRM – Eightfold) etc.
  • Evaluate and recommend the most effective sourcing channels to attract a diverse, high-quality talent pool.
  • Handle escalations from stakeholders and address sourcing team concerns to ensure smooth operations and maintain high team morale.
  • Keep track of position load, performance, diversity metrics, and other VOIS Talent Acquisition sourcing metrics.

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in talent sourcing, including prior supervisory or team lead experience.
  • Proven ability to lead a team, prioritizing tasks, managing workloads, and coordinating multiple projects.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and adjust workflows to ensure effective collaboration with hiring managers, recruiting teams, and TA partners.
  • Experience in managing multiple sourcing channels and optimizing each for maximum candidate engagement and conversion.
  • Professional communication, organizational, and coordination skills, with a proactive, self-directed approach.
  • Background in the staffing industry or corporate Talent Acquisition preferred.
  • Experience in diverse sourcing tools, MS Office suite.
  • Demonstrated leadership or coaching experience, with a focus on enhancing team capabilities and delivering results.
