Your day to day:

We are looking for a motivated Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team at VOIS, supporting recruitment across Romania, Hungary, and Albania.

In this role, you'll play a key part in identifying and engaging potential candidates using various sourcing channels.

You'll collaborate closely with our TA Business Partners to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process across the Eastern Europe region.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Collaborate with TA Business Partners to understand hiring needs and source qualified candidates across Romania, Hungary, and Albania.
  • Use various sourcing tools and channels to identify, engage, and screen potential candidates for open roles.
  • Ensure accurate job documentation and maintain alignment with internal standards before launching sourcing efforts.
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines for current and future roles, supporting diversity and hiring targets.
  • Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System and provide timely updates and feedback to candidates.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition projects and continuously improve sourcing strategies by staying updated on market trends.

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in sourcing or recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated team player who can also work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Boolean search logic and a variety of sourcing techniques.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
