What you’ll do

As the Senior Manager of Strategic Pricing & Commercial Performance, you’ll lead the transformation of Vodafone Romania’s Consumer Business Unit by driving pricing strategy, commercial planning, and sales performance across all channels.

 

  • You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize revenue and profitability, develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with business goals, and ensure the seamless execution of commercial initiatives.
  • Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our retail and remote sales channels, managing budgets, and delivering actionable insights through advanced performance analysis.
  • You’ll also be responsible for designing incentive programs, supporting strategic negotiations, and enabling operational excellence through robust monitoring and reporting frameworks. This is a high-impact leadership role where your strategic vision and execution will directly influence the company’s commercial success. 

Who you are

  • A seasoned commercial leader with over 7 years of experience in data-driven business environments and at least 2 years in team management.
  • A strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and deep knowledge of pricing, channel operations, and contract negotiations.
  • A confident communicator fluent in English, with advanced PowerPoint skills and the ability to influence key decisions through compelling presentations.
  • A collaborative partner who thrives in cross-functional settings and can lead commercial planning with marketing, sales, finance, legal, and HR teams.
  • A proactive manager who ensures compliance with internal policies and labor legislation, and fosters professional development within their team.
  • A results-oriented professional capable of managing OPEX and A&R budgets, designing commission strategies, and driving performance across distribution channels.
  • A university graduate in Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or Engineering, ready to take ownership of strategic initiatives and deliver measurable impact.
