What you’ll do

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will position yourself as a technology consultant in client relationships, developing strong, long-term connections with national and global strategic clients.

  • You will provide personalized solutions to ensure the growth of Vodafone's portfolio and client retention.
  • Your role involves gaining market share and adding value by exceeding targets, supported by a trust-based partnership experience.
  • You will identify business opportunities by understanding clients' communication and business needs, ensuring the development of the best solutions through efficient coordination of internal and global resources.
  • You will also create new perspectives using information from various sources, achieve individual sales targets using the full range of products/services, and ensure a positive client experience with Vodafone.
  • Additionally, you will contribute to creating an excellent client experience and strengthen Vodafone's market position as a technology provider.
  • You will maintain excellent knowledge of company products and services, business management, financial proposals, and competitor offerings, developing a solid case against competitors based on Vodafone's products, pricing policy, differentiators, and competitive advantage.
  • You will also update and adhere to quality standards in Sales Force Automation, create a business plan for each allocated account/client, organize innovation workshops with clients, and plan and act strategically to understand the impact of your results on the team, anticipate obstacles, and use company resources efficiently.

Who you are

  • University degree
  • Additional training courses, preferably in sales
  • Category B driving license
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Minimum 4 years of direct sales experience (preferably in IT&C services)
  • Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience with corporate clients
  • Proficiency in PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email
  • Presentation skills
  • Creativity and innovation
