About this Role
We are seeking a TL, Portfolio Management to join VOIS, where the successful candidate will lead a team of Portfolio Analysts, Specialists, and Managers. This role is focused on developing a high-performing team, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring effective portfolio governance across Vodafone Group. The individual will be responsible for mentoring team members, managing operational risks, and overseeing the execution of portfolio management methodologies and tools.
What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of 6–15 Portfolio Analysts, Specialists, and Managers.
- Mentor, coach, and support the professional development of team members.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimise business impact.
- Prepare and facilitate governance meetings with service owners.
- Define and maintain the JIRA portfolio structure.
- Ensure correct application of portfolio management methodologies by stakeholders.
- Deliver training to portfolio stakeholders on governance practices.
- Analyse data and drive necessary corrections, including portfolio status reporting.
- Oversee the execution of portfolio management events.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in portfolio governance tools and methodologies.
Who you are
- Experienced in collaborating with senior-level stakeholders.
- Proven background in team leadership and people development.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in project delivery within a PMO or Project Manager role.
- Capable of managing multiple activities in a dynamic and evolving environment.
