TL, Portfolio Management
Your day to day:
Leading a team of Portfolio Analyst/Specialist/Mangers, responsible for providing support and/or offer direction to various portfolios within Vodafone Group. Developing a high-performing team, including recruitment, coaching, and mentoring team members. Monitoring team performance and managing continuous improvement projects aimed at simplifying and automating processes, as well as defining and reporting KPIs. Delivering operational activities aligned with the role of a Lean Portfolio Analyst/Specialist/Manager.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
- Developing and managing a team of 6-15 Portfolio Analyst/Specialist/Managers
- Mentor, coach and support the development of the team members
- Identification and mitigation of the operational risks, aiming to minimize business impact
- Prepare and organise Governance Meetings with Service Owners
- Defines and maintains the JIRA portfolio structure
- Ensures that portfolio stakeholders correctly apply the portfolio management methodology
- Trains portfolio stakeholders
- Analyses data and drives corrections, including delivering the portfolio status report
- Ensures proper execution of portfolio management events
- Leads continuous improvement in the application of methodologies and tools for portfolio governance
With these skills you are a great candidate:
- Relevant experience in collaborating with senior-level managers
- Previous experience in team management
- Advanced communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience in project delivery in a PMO or Project Manager role
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and work in a constantly changing environment
