About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles within VOIS. This position involves partnering with hiring managers, HR teams, and stakeholders to source, assess, and onboard top talent. The role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions.
  • Create and publish job advertisements across relevant platforms.
  • Screen applications and conduct telephone interviews to assess suitability.
  • Verify right-to-work documentation, salary expectations, and relevant skills.
  • Prepare and share candidate shortlists with hiring managers.
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process, ensuring timely updates on application status.
  • Uphold compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Who you are

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, HR, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles.
  • Skilled in talent sourcing, including proactive and diversity-focused strategies.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficient in English and comfortable working with remote or dispersed teams.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering positive candidate and stakeholder experiences.
