About this Role

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support and enhance the recruitment process for the German market. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, and contributing to the continuous improvement of hiring outcomes. The successful candidate will also play a key role in reporting recruitment metrics and supporting the implementation of new tools and systems.

What you will do

•    Manage recruitment processes for assigned vacancies, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams.
•    Monitor and report on recruitment key performance indicators, including quality of hire and candidate satisfaction.
•    Support the optimal filling of roles with internal or external candidates, aligned with business needs.
•    Collaborate with hiring managers to advise on sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives.
•    Lead offer management processes, ensuring alignment with organisational policies and market benchmarks.
•    Resolve candidate and hiring manager escalations with a focus on maintaining a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS).
•    Contribute to the implementation of new recruitment tools by providing insights and feedback from a recruiter’s perspective.

What skills you need

•    Experience in Talent Acquisition.
•    Proficiency in German (C1 level preferred) and English.
•    Strong consulting and time-management capabilities.
•    Analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and optimise recruitment workflows.
•    Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
•    Basic understanding of labour law and its application in recruitment.
