Your day to day:

As a Talent Acquisition BP, the role involves supporting and ensuring a smooth and high-quality recruitment process for all assigned vacancies.

In this role you will manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying recruitment needs to onboarding new hires.

You will work closely with hiring managers, stakeholders and HR teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, collaborating with hiring managers, HRBPs, and candidates.
  • Advertise roles, manage applications, screen candidates, and create shortlists.
  • Coordinate interviews, communicate outcomes, and ensure GDPR compliance.
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Conduct screenings to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines and proactively headhunt to enhance inclusion.
  • Use GROW to engage candidates and support future hiring needs.
  • Provide candidates with role details to enhance hiring decisions.
  • Manage offers, ensuring alignment with expectations and approvals.
  • Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Ensure timely communication and feedback to all stakeholders.
  • Deliver market insights and talent reports to inform hiring strategies.

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Eightfold, SuccessFactors) and recruitment platforms.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, GDPR, diversity hiring, and assessment techniques.
  • Proficient in English with experience working across remote or dispersed teams.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and MS Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and policy adherence.
  • Managing recruitment processes across various roles.
  • Talent sourcing, including proactive and diversity-focused hiring.
  • Using recruitment systems to track and engage candidates.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable.
  • Resilient, organized, and effective in fast-paced environments.
  • Degree in business, HR, or a related field.
