Talent Acquisition Lead VOIS RO
Your day to day:
As a Team Leader – Talent Acquisition, you’ll lead recruitment strategy and delivery across one or more business areas, ensuring we hire top-tier talent in line with business goals.
You’ll work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their needs, while also managing and developing a team of TA Business Partners. Your role combines leadership, strategic thinking, candidate engagement, and data-driven decision-making to continuously elevate the hiring experience and outcomes at VOIS.

- Lead recruitment delivery by managing end-to-end hiring for your assigned business area, ensuring timeliness and quality.
- Mentor and empower your team, offering development opportunities, regular feedback, and hands-on coaching.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, branding, sourcing, rewards, and vendor partners to create seamless recruitment experiences.
- Drive process improvement using technology (ATS/CRM), refining workflows, and adopting TA best practices.
- Monitor and report hiring performance, addressing escalations, analyzing trends, and advising on data-driven improvements.

- Proven team leadership with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire a high-performing recruitment team.
- Strong stakeholder management, aligning with business leaders and translating workforce needs into strategic action.
- Expertise in TA operations, including interviewing, process management, vendor coordination, and ATS usage.
- Data fluency, with the ability to track key hiring metrics, evaluate trends, and share actionable insights.
- Commercial and analytical acumen, combining market awareness with forecasting and workforce planning skills.
