Your day to day:

The Team Leader is responsible for training, coordinating and motivating a team of 15  -18 direct reports ensuring business management in accordance with the department's performance targets, identifying and proposing solutions to improve processes and activity.
The team leader is actively involved in stakeholder management being at the forefront of the operations from a delivery and process perspective and also acting as the leader of the team according to Vodafone’s Policies and Code of conduct.

•    Facilitates services assessment in order to ensure compliance with quality standards, achievement of the KPIs and operational goals
•    Implements a quality process for the periodic review of the incidents assessment performed by the team, identifying and implementing ways to optimize results based on the quality evaluation outcome
•    Ensures that throughout data processing all sensitive information is held secure 
•    Performs periodic reports and ad hoc presentations on the team activity and prepares regular reports with process delivery details
•    Collaborates effectively with other Vodafone entities
•    Ensures that the team members have the required accesses to VF resources needed for their activity and oversees the requests and approval for new accesses.
•    Follows the written instructions received from the hierarchical superior and complies of the deadlines for fulfilling the tasks.
•    Completion in an optimal time communicated by the superior, of all the incumbent tasks according to the job description
•    Manages in self-care and facilitates the appropriate training to team members in regards to the passwords reset (VPN, BITLOCKER, Windows and work systems) periodically, according to the instructions / notifications related to this, in a timely manner, in order to be able to use the computer during working hours.
•    Adheres to the individual work schedule communicated at the department level, any change in the individual work schedule must be approved in advance by the department manager.
•    Request for approval of the annual leave requests or without payment at least 7 days before the date of the occurrence.

With these skills you are a great candidate:

•    Good verbal communication skills in English (C1/ C2)
•    Relevant experience - minimum 3 years - in telecom or in other sectors with exposure to related activities
•    Strong customer service/Information Security experience
•    Leadership experience is a plus
•    Strong communication, analytical and decision-making skills
•    Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (including MS Access)
•    Knowledge of data loss prevention systems is desirable
