Day to day

In this role, you will guide, coordinate and make sure the team members have balanced workloads and they respect their project priorities, which were previously established.

You will act as an ambassador for automation-driven projects and work together with your team to deliver infrastructure built in an automatic fashion and thus, decrease the time to delivery.

You will act as a SPOC between the team and the various stakeholders and make sure the agreed SLAs are met.

You will mentor, guide and work together with your team members on their respective career roadmaps.


  • Plan, organize and lead all activities as required for the full implementation of Programme goals and objectives
  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the Programme
  • Collect all the information needed, ensuring a complete alignment on programme’s status and next steps among all involved stakeholders
  • Review the quality of the work completed with the Programme team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the SLA desiderate
  • Prepare contingency plans, escalating adequately risks through correct channels


  • Strong IT delivery management background with specific experience in infrastructure implementation
  • In-depth knowledge of IT and Data Centre process standards including knowledge of ITIL Service Management practices
  • English (written and spoken) – fluent
  • International experience and background in service- and project- management in a complex business environment essential as well as ability to work across an international and distributed team
  • Strong project management skills (PRINCE2 desired)
