Your day to day

To ensure management and coordination of personnel and activities in IoT Service Support team, responsible with operating IT infrastructure services for Vodafone’s IOT customers. To ensure high availability and optimum performance of customer’s infrastructure and of all IT and Telecom supported services. To constantly improve and optimize existing ways of working and deliver cost efficient services of high quality. To adapt and contribute to the harmonization of hardware and software solutions based on customer requirements and deliver cost efficient services of high quality.

•    To ensure management and coordination of personnel and activities in IoT Service Support team, responsible with operating IT infrastructure services for Vodafone’s IOT customers 
•    Analyzes the information gathered from customers or performance monitoring systems and collaborates with technical teams; reviews the analysis documents and recommendations created by the team members for changing or adapting customer software solutions, for an improved customer experience. 
•    Reviews functional and technical specifications of the IT systems within the process of modification or adaptation of the hardware and software solutions.
•    Provides technical information to customers about events and alarms that affect services, using agreed methods of communication.
•    Implements procedures and internal processes to ensure high standard of service functionality.
•    Ensures that notifications for technical incidents are sent towards other departments in a correctly and timely manner.
•    Sets priorities for daily activities and assigns appropriate resources, maintaining the approved limits.

With these skills you are a great candidate:

•    Experience in a multinational environment
•    English proficiency  (B2-C1)
•    4-5 years’ experience in Telecom and in the following technologies: IP/ VOIP, Core Network (GSM, UMTS, LTE)
•    Excellent communicator, capability to deliver against a set deadline.
•    2-3 years management experience in coordinating a team responsible with system operations, maintenance
•    Academic studies in IT / Telecom
