Your day to day:

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of high-quality software products that provide great customer experience and meet our business needs.

Leading the elicitation, analysis, and presentation of software requirements, you will work closely with stakeholders and software engineers to ensure that we have a clear scope for delivery.

You will manage the requirements through the life of the project to ensure that they are successfully delivered.

Previous experience as a BA in software development is crucial to the success of this position.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information
  • Own and drive communication and relationships with a complex network of stakeholders
  • Accountable for the requirements management during the project lifecycle, including both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Analyze and define initiatives, create high level plans and support delivery and implementation
  • Ensure that all the requirements are traceable against the defined customer experience
  • Drive internal efficiencies by using the latest methods and tooling for requirements gathering and process modelling

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • Previous experience in a Business Analyst role within a software development team
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the IT industry
  • Stakeholder management and proven ability to operate within a geographically dispersed matrix organization
  • Knowledge of Agile is a must, knowledge of Waterfall is considered a plus
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage disputes and to influence without authority
  • Process and detail oriented with excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Any previous experience or background in IT engineering is considered a plus
  • Advanced english language skills
