Technical Delivery Manager
Your day to day:
Primarily oversees projects and coordinates PM activities (project phases in the end-to-end lifecycle) that have impact in different network domains, considering the priorities set by our VOIS customers. Performs project management activities for various network platforms, typically in one of the following network domains: Mobile & Fixed Access, Voice & Data Core, Service Platforms, Transmission & IP Transport, NW OSS or NW Cloud Engineering.
These project management activities refer to feasibility study, coordination of design and development, testing, acceptance with transition to operations, while PM activities coordination are assigned by Project Managers who have end to end delivery accountability. Makes sure the scope and objectives delivered by the projects and coordinated PM activities as projects’ subcomponents are in accordance with our VOIS customers’ requirements (including budget, time and agreed quality KPIs).
Contribute to the PM service portfolio (P*Q) of the team and participate in the expansion of PM managed services offered to our VOIS customers, while applying the NSE end-to-end delivery framework. Aware of and act according to the prioritization, planning and reporting for the managed European or Global projects, including the PM activities coordination of project phases.
This role requires general technical background and experience in telecommunications, system integration, stakeholders’ management, effective communication and reporting skills as per projects and PM activities delivered.

- Main priority is to manage end-to-end projects with focus on implementation phases as per assignment from DMaaS team leader and VOIS customers’ priorities. Coordinate PM activities with impact in projects or programs managed by other colleagues. Contribute to PM services team portfolio (P*Q), having impact in the network platforms: feasibility study, coordination of design and development, testing, acceptance with transition to operations.
- Apply thoroughly the quality standards for project management deliverables (QoS) as described in the NSE end-to-end delivery framework and working procedures set by our VOIS customers.
- Strives to increase personal productivity as part of “PM managed services” and contribute to his/her team portfolio (P*Q), with projects and PM activities coordination.
- Supports the promotion of PM managed services by participating in knowledge-sharing activities and learning from peers within the DMaaS PM community.
- Active contributor within the wider DMaaS PM community with initiatives that increase productivity and engagement of DMaaS team.
With these skills you are a great candidate:
- Good knowledge of the overall network architecture
- 3+ years of experience in project management in telecommunications (networks domain)
- Stakeholder management
- Analytical thinking and fast decision maker
- Ability to work within virtual teams, and interface with multi-national clients
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English, with very good written and spoken skills
- Good understanding of the network engineering projects, including their interdependencies
