Your day to day:

As a Technical Product Owner, you will be part of an international team, responsible for designing, delivering and maintaining the IT platforms and applications that underpin the diverse range of products and services offered by our Vodafone Business division for our customers. 

You will have the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting technological advances in the Vodafone Business Market including Digital Channels, Marketplace, e-commerce, IoT, Cloud&Security, Unified Communication and much more.
 

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Perform analysis of product requirements and business demands and have ownership on platform feature defintion 
  • Work closely with Solution Architects, Product Architects, Platform Architects and Technical Designers to develop solution designs, and transform solution designs into implementable design work packages to meet the needs of customers
  • Balance between compliance to requirements and delivery times/costs/quality
  • Proactively lead and coordinate the implementation and delivery of solutions design across the marketplace ecosystem in line with architecture blueprints and customer needs within an Agile delivery team
  • Work with Vodafone Business, Suppliers and Technology teams to create long-term marketplace technology roadmaps in line with business priorities and technology strategy

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role 
  • Knowledge of Agile ways of working (any certifications in SAFe or formal project / programme management are a plus) 
  • Strong understanding of microservices, Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, TM Forum, etc), APIs , middleware technologies and concepts
  • Good understanding of cloud computing technologies and concepts (AWS, Azure and GCP) 
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
