Your day to day:

As a Senior Technical Delivery Manager, you will lead and deliver complex, cross-country and cross-functional programs and projects across multiple network domains.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of network platform initiatives—covering Mobile & Fixed Access, Core (Voice & Data), Service Platforms, IP Transport, Transmission, Network OSS, and Cloud Engineering.

You will coordinate all stages of the project lifecycle, from feasibility and planning to execution and transition to operations, ensuring alignment with our VOIS customers’ requirements on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of programs and large-scale network projects (feasibility, design, testing, implementation, acceptance, and transition).
  • Define and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and deliverables.
  • Ensure consistent stakeholder communication across internal and external parties, including sponsors, cross-functional teams, and country-level stakeholders.
  • Perform effective risk, issue, and change management to ensure business requirements are met and aligned with timelines and KPIs.
  • Drive the application of E2E delivery processes and solid PM principles across all Network Strategy & Engineering functions.
  • Track and report on project and program status, interdependencies, and potential roadblocks to ensure transparency and proactive issue resolution.
  • Support the Network Strategy & Engineering project portfolio by maintaining accurate and updated project documentation.

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • 5+ years’ experience managing programs and projects in the telecommunications or network domain.
  • Strong knowledge of network architecture and lifecycle management across domains (Access, Core, Transport, Cloud, OSS).
  • Proven experience in both classic and Agile project management methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Strong ability to manage virtual teams across various organizations and geographies.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical integration, network delivery, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • University degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent.
