About this Role

We are seeking a Voice Core Engineer to design, test, and evolve Voice Core information systems across Circuit Switched and IMS domains, supporting external customer networks in line with 3GPP standards. This role plays a key part in defining low‑level designs, integrating new software releases, and coordinating complex cross‑functional initiatives that enhance service quality, system performance, and end‑user experience

What you will do

Design Voice Core information systems across CS and IMS domains, including platforms such as MSS, MGW, STP, DRA, HSS, HLR, SBC, CSCF, and TAS.
Create software and functional design specifications aligned to customer requirements and agreed design principles.
Perform integration, end‑to‑end, and acceptance testing for new software releases and system enhancements.
Coordinate projects introducing new functionalities or software versions within Voice Core environments. 
Lead and contribute to complex cross‑functional programmes to deliver client‑specific Voice Core solutions.
]Produce architectural documentation, testing scenarios, acceptance plans, and network evolution roadmaps

Who you are

An individual with strong expertise in Voice Core telecommunications, covering both CS signalling and IMS domains.
Experienced across the full software lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, implementation, optimisation, and troubleshooting. 
Knowledgeable in 3GPP‑defined technologies, protocols, and interfaces relevant to Voice Core systems.
Comfortable working with interoperability and integration between complex information systems.
Able to collaborate effectively within virtual, cross‑border teams and engage with external customers.
Holding a university degree in Telecommunications, IT, or a related technical discipline, with at least three years of relevant professional experience.
