Your day to day:

In this role, you will execute Eastern Europe’s youth programs and university recruiting strategy that aligns with VOIS’s overall talent acquisition goals and objectives.

You will work towards deepening our relationships with universities, career centres, student organizations, and core external partners, to help find and hire the best student talent for our many incredible students career opportunities.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Own and execute end-to-end Youth Hiring programs across Eastern Europe, including Discover Graduate and Explore Internship schemes, ensuring alignment with local HRBPs and business needs.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with universities and placement officers, driving year-round engagement through events, guest lectures, campus drives, and career fairs.
  • Plan and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from application screening to assessment, interviews, offers, onboarding, and post-joining engagement, using tools like SuccessFactors.
  • Collaborate with Employer Branding to amplify youth hiring campaigns via digital and physical channels, ensuring brand visibility through social media, mailers, and on-campus collateral.
  • Track and maintain youth hiring data in master sheets, coordinate with Group Youth and Market Insights teams, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and TA leadership.
  • Design and deliver preboarding experiences and induction weeks to maximize candidate engagement and minimize dropouts, managing proactive backfilling where necessary.
  • Implement diversity and inclusion strategies in youth recruitment and ensure full compliance with internal TA policies and external legal requirements.
  • Supervise event logistics, interview panel readiness, and technical arrangements for seamless on-ground execution of hiring events across various educational institutions.

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in University/Youth Hiring, with deep understanding of Gen Z attraction strategies and early-career talent landscapes.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with a track record of executing large-scale hiring events, talent roadshows, and structured internship programs.
  • Ability to develop and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with universities and external stakeholders to ensure strong talent pipelines.
  • Proficiency in data management, tracking youth hiring metrics, maintaining compliance records, and using TA systems like ATS/SuccessFactors.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, working across HR, business leaders, Employer Branding, and external partners to align hiring goals.
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making ability, particularly in forecasting talent needs, managing hiring timelines, and creating rotation frameworks for grads/interns.
  • Expertise in coordinating interview panels, ensuring alignment on candidate evaluation, and delivering feedback throughout the hiring cycle within SLA.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing D&I strategies, student engagement touchpoints, and preboarding processes that enhance candidate experience.
