What you’ll do

• Lead the cash flow management activities within the Financial Planning and Analysis team to ensure accurate, timely and complete set of analysis on operating free cash flow and working capital versus plan balancing constructive challenge with business partnership and driving the change towards world class performance.

• Coordinate insightful reporting, framework setting, governance and idea generation cash flow.

Who you are

• Interacts at a highly rated standard with senior management levels (directors and above)

• Continuous development and update of business planning models based on current and expected developments of the business;

• Develop flexible budgeting models, adaptable for building various scenarios to support business decisions;

• Investigate the reasons for differences between the planned and actual results, highlighting to superior management the impact on the business;

• Preparation of budget presentations adapted as required by each internal or external user

• Continuous update of team’s processes and procedures to improve speed and accuracy of planning activities;

• Active business partner in managing the relation with business units on achieving working capital targets;

• Coordinates monthly performance reporting on balance sheet and cash flow, explanations of actual performance vs budget and forecasts;

• Analyze actual financial results, explain variances, identifies trends and make recommendations for improving the performance;

• Create ad-hoc analysis, reports or presentation requested by direct manager;

• Supervision of the balance sheet and cash flow budgeting and analysis activities within Planning, Analysis and Performance management team to aggregate outputs and generate insightful analysis on cash flow and cash generating activities.

What you should bring?

• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis and/or reporting or financial audit;

• Economic Studies;

• Advanced knowledge of accounting;

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power point;

• Experience in understanding and coordinating processes, project management;

• Customer oriented;

• Fluent in english

• Preferably experience in using reporting and planning tools (eg HFM, OHP).
