Your day to day:

Manage IoT and International Services changes that are raised by VNO Change Management customers

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Receiving change requests, performing quality
  • Chairing CAB meetings to discuss change requests and obtain approvals.
  • Making sure no changes are performed without authorization, maintaining a high change success rate and understanding why unsuccessful changes failed.
  • Documenting and improving the process where needed, offering support for other colleagues with change related questions.
  • Compiling change reports and sending notifications of upcoming changes, as per the agreements with the stakeholders

  • Very good spoken and written skill in English.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • Change Management (ITIL)
  • Service Management (ITIL)
  • Communication skills
  •  Change Management Processes knowledge
