You´ll be in charge of the following responsibilities:

  • Make recommendations on commercial strategy and processes based on internal and external factors;
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business commercial processes and developing optimization strategies
  • Provide timely and strategic commercial advices to Product Owner and Chapter Lead
  • Support for the Product Owner for preparing short/mid/long term backlog for the squad to sustain commercial plan
  • Set up and lead-way of working gathering business requirements and needs for implementing commercial initiatives;
  • Continue monitorization on commercial KPIs and dashboards for funnel tracking (Martech & analytics) and provides insights
  • Provide commercial leadership, training and guidance to all squad members

What you bring?

  • Good negotiation and influencing skills
  • Experience in program and stakeholder management, coordination of high-stake projects and activities
  • Self–motivated and able to work with minimal supervision, multi – tasking, stress tolerance and adaptability

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications and expertise:

  • +3 years in telecom industry
  • Good knowledge of products and Romanian telecom market
  • Ecommerce experience and digital marketing skills – would be a plus
  • Good analytic skills and customer value management & base campaigns understandings
  • Planning, forecasting, business case and financial analysis
