Activitatile in care te vei implica:

Rolul postului: 

 

  • Contribuie semnificativ prin activitatea sa la cresterea valorii bazei de clienti, prin actiuni care vizeaza achizitia de clienti noi, dar si cresterea valorii clientilor existenti in baza. 
  • Foloseste abordarile si uneltele de marketing pe care le are la dispozitie (portofolii noi, campanii de comunicare, parteneriate, campanii tactice, actiuni de marketing temporare, lansare de produse noi) pentru a atinge obiectivul companiei in ceea ce priveste achizitia de clienti noi si cresterea valorii bazei de clienti existenti.

Competențe, cunoștințe și experiență: 

 

  • Experienta anterioara intr-un rol de product owner/ segment manager / product manager/ product developer;
  • Capabil/a sa creeze si sa mentina relatii de comunicare cu toate partile implicate, indiferent de nivelul de senioritate;
  • Atent/a la detalii,  capabil/a sa inteleaga nevoile clientilor si sa le traduca in povesti si procese;
  • Organizat/a, cu capabilitati analitice bune, cu orientare catre rezultate si cu dorinta de a livra si a duce la bun sfarsit lucrurile incepute;
  • Experienta in toate etapele, de la procesul de identificare a nevoilor clientilor pana la executarea planului agreat;
  • Abilitati de rezolvare a problemelor si de luarea deciziilor in situatii dificile;
  • Intelegere profunda a trendurilor industriei telecom dar si a domeniilor conexe ca: securitatea cibernetica, software as a service, IT&C, procese de business;
  • Experienta cross-functionala  si financiara prezinta un plus;
  • Capabil/a sa creeze si sa mentina relatii de comunicare cu toate partile implicate, indiferent de nivelul de senioritate;
  • Abilitati de comunicare verbala si scrisa foarte bune atat in limba romana, cat si in limba engleza;
  • Cunostinte solide MS Office (Excel – nivel avansat, Word, PowerPoint), Jira;
  • Abilitati de rezolvare a problemelor si de luarea deciziilor in situatii dificile.

 

Certificări tehnice/profesionale necesare: 

 

  • Studii universitare;
  • Experienta profesionala: 3-6 ani in domeniul de telecomunicatii, in alte roluri de marketing si/sau roluri comerciale (product owner/ segment manager / product manager/ product developer) ar reprezenta un avantaj.
