Partner Manager
What you’ll do
This role is an opportunity for a customer-obsessed commercial professional and/or Partner Manager within the Fixed line industry to take this business to the next level.
- As a Partner Manager, you will secure, implement and manage on an end-to-end basis Carrier buying agreements with partners in Europe and Americas for Fixed Connectivity on behalf of Vodafone.
- You will lead sourcing and negotiation efforts with suppliers to support our strategy and meet the needs of key stakeholders from Sales.
- As a Partner Manager, you play an important part within Vodafone – Carrier Services. To establish a network in the Fixed line community is a key selection criterion.
- Your mission is to deliver the optimal costs to maximize the value and margin for our final Multinational customers.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate and influence diverse teams.︁️︊️︆︇︆︇︂︆︄︄︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎
- Analytical Skills: Proven expertise in data research, creating trends, and identifying anomalies in data sets, displaying your analytical prowess.
- International Collaboration: Ability to work across diverse cultures. Experience in an international, functional matrix environment.
- Task Management: Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Flexible and adaptable to cope with the variety of projects and tasks and the ambiguity inherent to large matrix organization.
- Language: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Product Knowledge: Knowledge in the following market/products/technologies (and associated vendor ecosystem) considered a plus: Fixed Line Business, Carrier Services, Telco B2B Business
- Business Acumen: Business acumen beyond procurement activities as you need to strive for being also an advisor to your stakeholders about your supplier markets.
- Education and Experience: A higher degree in Engineering or Business is preferred, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to continuous learning, or equivalent experience in a related field (minimum of 2 years in procurement).
