Your day to day:

Ensures the management and coordination of high-complexity projects related to the operations of OSS systems in Vodafone networks in order to meet quality requirements and project response times.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Performs activities that combine analytical skills with adequate knowledge of software and hardware technology for the administration of OSS systems containing telecommunications software applications, both mobile and fixed.
  • Coordination of IT projects.
  • Coordination and professional development of staff.
  • Participate in new projects activities, by providing input, implementing, or verifying improvements in processes and work instructions, verifying configuration changes.
  • Interact with customer technical staff, NOC engineers, operation managers and other groups within Service Delivery organization.

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • 4-5 years of experience in the IT or telecommunications industry.
  • Knowledge and experience in various OSS systems, services, and telecommunications technologies.
  • Ability to make decisions and evaluate medium- and long-term effects, teamwork-oriented spirit.
  • Advanced project management skills, very good communication skills.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • Computer Science MSc degree or equivalent
  • More than 4 years of experience in a telecom environment, performing similar functions, including specific training.
  • Ability to work across multi-functional and cultural boundaries to deliver results and change.
  • ITIL / Agile Certification or deep know-how.
