Your day to day:

Coordinates the on-time delivery of the infrastructure following the deployment methodology, validating the information needed for each workflow, based on the criteria for closing the preliminary flow and directing initiatives towards continuous improvement of the process to identify, develop and implement solutions for recurring problems that appear in the deployment phases.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Agile Coaching, reporting, Jira administration, meeting facilitation,communication/ collaboration with Stakeholders and SCRUM Team
  • Interacts with the people responsible for each area in the deployment chain, coordinates and manages the deployment requests effectively requires the delivery of final results from each team involved in the infrastructure deployment process
  • Interacts with the implementation teams to ensure the availability of the right resources according to the deployment plan and implementation times
  • Makes the end-to-end management of the infrastructure-level commissioning process, coordinating implementation teams, testing teams, the teams responsible for the network, the teams responsible for installing applications, as well as the other operational entities
  • Manages the priorities in the deliverables queue for each domain separately,manages the defects and risks identified by the build and testing teams.It’s involved and coordinates the continuous improvement initiatives of the service

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • Excellent knowledge of datacenter environments
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language (B2/C1)
  • Proven work experience in multinational environments
  • Management of projects, resources, time, risks and tasks

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of ITIL and general project management principles such as PRINCE2
  • Proven knowledge of SOX principles
  • Proven knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies
