SAFe Agile Coach



Your role in a nutshell: 

Acting as Agile Coach, you will be responsible for encouraging the team, enabling them to solve problems and cultivate individual growth through agile methodologies.
In this role you will be responsible for the support of the Vodafone Automotive organization on its transformation journey towards agile ways of working through managing change, continuous process improvement, promoting agile ways of working. This role interfaces with key stakeholders in all teams and areas within Vodafone Automotive to deliver exemplary process improvement and change experience in an agile way.



What will you do:

Process Improvement: 

  • Identify areas of change through agility assessment. Gather and lead virtual cross-functional teams by practicing agile methodologies (DSU, Planning, etc.)  projects from project initiation to process implementation
  • Promote and lead activities to foster agile communities of practice
  • Lead process improvement projects in an agile manner aligned to the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework, act as Agile Coach / Program Consultant if required


Change Management:

  • Support the organisation on its transformation journey to become an agile organisation
  • Identify the change approach, plan the change (including communication plan, stakeholder map) and you will be also responsible for the implementation, control and evaluation of the change
  • Support cultural change across the organisation through knowledge and best practice sharing


Performance Measurement:

  • Ensure the agile journey is supported and measured by adequate tools (JIRA) and KPIs


What you will bring to the team:

  • 5+ years’ experience and successful track record of Programme/Project/Change Managing large, complex inter-company improvement and change initiatives 
  • Experience of delivering large change programmes and services across multiple organisational units and geographies ideally in the Automotive/Insurance/Telematics industry 
  • Solid background in Agile methodologies (SAFe) and/or organisational transformations driving process and organisational changes
  • Agile Coaching experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership / people management / training experience is a plus
  • High fluency in English (spoken and written), Italian is a major advantage
  • Analytical approach to process measurement
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, from operational to C-level
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups up to executive level
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills, gravitas
