Business Analyst

Your role in a nutshell:
As a member of the Sales Operations Reporting team you will drive data driven insights and reporting to measure our business' top goals and KPIs. You will increase business efficiency through automation and enable senior leadership to make effective, data driven decisions. Finally develop, automate and standardize the reporting processes.

•   Data Modelling- Understanding and applying the existing database structures and methodologies and developing /maintaining new solutions for the reporting needs. Interpret business related questions into actionable database solutions or reports. Automate & combine data streams within business intelligence tools to provide new insights and reporting capabilities
•   Project Engagement and Leadership - Owning or leading project in the team, setting up scope and driving the changes
•   Continuous Improvement and Automation - Delivering coordinated Reporting Automation strategy to enable tracking of business KPIs and reporting on business performance at scale
•   Reporting ownership – Being responsible for the success, accuracy and timeliness of centralised reporting tools and outputs managed by Sales Operations. Highlighting trends and exposures, suggesting priorities & driving behaviour to improve integrity of sales & pipeline data
•   Stakeholder Management - Building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders globally, gathering requirements and deliver reporting/analytics solutions to meet requirements

What you will bring to the team:
•   2+ years of experience in an analytical environment and project management background
•   Experience in setting up and implementing diverse reporting solutions with a strong emphasis on automation, self-service and visualisation
•   Intermediate level of SQL knowledge
•   Fluency in English
•   Analytical mindset and an eye for detail
•   Ability to quickly understand the business and turn their requests into a working project design
•   Structured, disciplined & proactive work approach with a strong focus on delivery
