Your place in the team
Responsible for maintaining VBTS partners to ensure reliability of sales support processes (sell-build-run) in terms of 3rd party access providers, network vendors and professional partners. 
Negotiate partner discounts to increase profitability and maintain partner certifications.


You will be involved in the following tasks
•    Responsible for driving the selection process(including e-sourcing) and on-boarding of potential partners and 3rd party access providers
•    Regular review, revision and cost optimization of leased lines and top partners to decrease departmental OPEX, increase profitability and deliver synergies
•    Maintain quarterly partner reviews, collect feedback from VBTS colleagues and related Vodafone departments, execute improvement plans
•    Ensure partner committed SLA levels are aligned with End-to-end VBU processes
•    Conduct demand planning and forecasting for partner delivered services
•    Escalation point of partners for post-GRN issues
•    Responsible for negotiating better discount levels for major sales opportunities
•    Develop and maintain 3rd party leased line tracking and consolidation model in alignment with customer lifecycle to avoid sunk cost 
•    Develop and present performance reports to N2/N3 Management
•    Execute, coordinate and track achievement of partnership certifications(e.g.: Cisco Gold) to improve Vodafone’s professional reputations and achieve better discount levels
•    Monitor and review partner relevant processes, make efficiency improvement proposals if necessary
•    Perform other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas

We are looking for you if you have
•    BSc. in Computer/Industrial/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Economics
•    At least 5 years working experience, min. 2 years in relevant function
•    Excellent analytical and organizational skills, Assertive personality, good communication skills 
•    Experience in project management is an advantage
•    Understanding of fix and mobile systems is a plus
•    Strong verbal and written English and Hungarian knowledge is a must
•    Highly motivated, customer focused individual
