About this Role
What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end commercial contract lifecycle, including renewals, mobilisation, and in-life performance
- Deliver contractual obligations with clear governance, defined scope, and risk management
- Track account-level financial performance, including revenue, margin, cost, and profitability
- Maintain and manage rolling P&L forecasts with detailed analysis and reporting
- Lead commercial change management and manage in-life contract variations
- Act as a key escalation point for commercial matters and provide senior stakeholder briefings
- Collaborate with Commercial Client Partners and Customer Account Leads to shape commercial strategies
- Support account planning, forecasting, and identification of revenue growth opportunities
- Build trusted relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, including customer leadership
- Provide insight-driven recommendations to improve commercial outcomes and competitive positioning
- Contribute to negotiation of new and renewal contracts, ensuring strong commercial outcomes
Who you are
- 7+ years of experience in similar functions leading virtual teams in a global organization
- Experienced in contract management and commercial negotiations within telecoms, outsourcing, or professional services
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including understanding of P&L, pricing, and accounting principles
- Skilled in analysing complex data and translating insights into business recommendations
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Knowledgeable in contract change management, risk mitigation, and governance processes
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a proactive approach
- Adept at managing multiple priorities across complex customer portfolios
- Familiar with sales, account management, and commercial operations processes
- Experience in developing and managing complex commercial propositions
- Holds a relevant degree or equivalent experience; professional certifications in contract management are advantageous
- Fluent English is a must
