About this Role
We are seeking an experienced commercial specialist to support the commercial management of large strategic customer contracts with a total value of up to €100 million. This role is focused on ensuring contractual obligations are managed effectively, driving process improvements, and contributing to business transformation initiatives in a global, multicultural environment. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, provide commercial insights through data analysis, and help deliver measurable business outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Manage the commercial obligations associated with large strategic customer contracts and support contract lifecycle activities.
- Contribute to the development, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of a tool designed to monitor and track commercial obligations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives that enhance business performance and operational effectiveness.
- Support business transformation projects, identify risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to address execution gaps.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with senior business stakeholders and customer representatives.
- Use data analysis and reporting to support commercial decisions and provide actionable recommendations.
- Promote collaboration across teams and functions to realise synergies and improve service delivery.
- Contribute to operational improvements that deliver measurable business benefits.
Who you are
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial delivery and contract management.
- Experience in data analysis and commercial reporting.
- Strong customer-facing communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in change management, incident management, problem management, or project coordination activities.
- Knowledge of change management processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Higher education degree with a focus on Commercial Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using reporting tools.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, organisation, prioritisation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively across multicultural and international teams.
- Telecommunications industry experience is advantageous.
