Your place in the team
Drive channel management activities in order Vodafone can maximize market potential with the best channel mix possible at optimal cost structure. To achieve this the Channel Management Team Leader must ensure proper sales planning, reporting and analysis as well system and process developments by leading the Channel Management team.


You will be involved in the following tasks
•    Drive detailed budgeting process in sales and develop yearly sales roadmap into commercial plan
•    Develop channel strategy, initiate and manage new sales models and ensure its consistent execution
•    Develop and maintain market leading commission scheme that maximizes sales potential
•    Ensure all sales KPI is built into the remuneration system and appropriately measured
•    Develop sales incentives
•    Any type of partner clustering, tiering and partner model development
•    Manage SOHO-SME Channel management related tasks, projects, programs incl .alignment with stakeholders and presentations
•    Manage target setting process
•    Commission and sales system related alignments, chairman of commission committee
•    Target and commission system consultation
•    Actively represent directorate in channel and commission related matters, especially at audits, projects, group initiatives and towards the dealers
•    Proactively manage, coach and develop his/her team
•    Responsible for direct reports’ performance and professional execution, especially at the field of
    •    Sales planning
    •    Sales reporting,
    •    Modelling and analysis
    •    Commission system management incl. all supporting databases and processes.

We are looking for you if you have
•    University or College degree
•    Leadership experience in sales or channel management
•    At least 5 years professional experience in similar role(s)
•    Strong English language skills, at least intermediate level
•    Self-driven
•    Fast and efficient in problem solving
•    Good communication skills
•    Result oriented, thirsty for success
•    Experience in the telecommunication industry and/or indirect partner management
