Commercial-in-Life Specialist - Senior

 

 

Your role in nutshell:

 


To support the commercial management of contracts up to €100 m total value for large strategic customers. To manage all of the company's commercial obligations in the contract. To communicate any necessary price change - due to the outcome of benchmarking or review - to the customer

 

 

 

What you will do: 

 

 

  •  Builds deep relationship with customers/ stakeholders and meets/ manages expectations of top in-life accounts. 
  •  Provides complete and competitive commercial solutions, accelerates business development and helps VGE to create competitive advantage. 
  •  Manages the definition and execution of the commercial strategy for the defined VGE strategic accounts. Ensures that the company is delivering on all of its obligations and delivers incremental value for these accounts. 
  • Supports the respective regional/ country Commercial In-Life teams to drive incremental revenue from the largest VGE contracts through monetizing data growth, contract optimization and change management. 
  • Manages contractual commercial obligations for large accounts. 
  • Manages sensitive customer communication cases. 
  • Identifies upselling opportunities. 
  • Constructs customer facing presentations and runs customer calls. 
  • Acts as technical resource for more junior colleagues and trains them. 
  • Initiates and implements improvement of processes and procedures

What you will bring to the team:

 

 

  • data analysis experience 
  • experience in developing customer models
  • customer management experience 
  • change/ problem/ incident mgmt or project coordination experience 
  • knowledge of change management process 
  • knowledge of VGE reporting tools 
  • accuracy, attention to detail 
  • quality of analysis and models 
  • results of process improvement 
  • SLAs and OLAs • proper use of escalations
