Compliance Manager

 

 

(Please note that this position is not a people management role, but rather a senior/expert-level role within the compliance function)

Your role in a nutshell: 

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Manager to join our Group Compliance team. This role is crucial in managing and maintaining our Global Compliance Framework, for example, our compliance training, our policies and standards and our ethical culture, to ensure that our organisation's compliance initiatives are effectively managed, tracked, and communicated across all departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance management, ethics and culture, training, and possess exceptional analytical and communication skills.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

 

  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Compliance Management System (the Compliance Framework).
  • Influence strong ethical standards across a dynamic, multinational organisation and ensure the standards are robust, visible and effective throughout the organisation. 

 

 


 As a key member of the Compliance team you will:

 

 

  • Lead the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Vodafone’s Compliance Management System (CMS)
  • Champion ethical behaviour and compliance awareness across all business units
  • Develop and maintain an effective Compliance Framework to enable a clear and substantive view of compliance risks across Vodafone Group.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to embed compliance into business strategy and everyday operations.
  • Drive global best practices in compliance management.
  • Monitor compliance performance, identifying areas for improvement and recognising best practices

 

 

What you will bring to the team:

 

 

  • Relevant degree in compliance management or a related discipline.
  • A recognised compliance qualification/certification or related experience.
  • 5 years minimum experience in compliance management.
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for ethics, culture and continuous improvement
