About this Role

We are seeking a detail‑driven Content Specialist to support the creation, editing and continuous improvement of digital assets. The individual will contribute to agile, multi‑disciplinary squads, maintaining webpages, emails, banners and promotional content while applying brand guidelines, design system principles and customer‑centric thinking. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast‑paced environments, collaborate effectively across functions and deliver accurate, high‑quality content.

What you will do

  • Build, update and maintain digital content assets including webpages, responsive emails, display materials and promotional items.
  • Conduct regular content reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency and high-quality output.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to produce well‑structured, up‑to‑date and user‑centred content.
  • Use content management systems daily and support others in learning CMS functionalities.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance content processes and customer journeys, proposing and implementing improvements.
  • Collaborate within cross‑functional project teams to support delivery of key initiatives.
  • Interpret content briefs and apply brand messaging, project requirements and design system rules effectively.

Who you are

  • You bring 3+ years’ experience in content editing, ideally with exposure to headless CMS environments.
  • You demonstrate strong writing ability, excellent attention to detail and a clear understanding of customer needs.
  • You possess solid project management skills and can prioritise tasks effectively.
  • You apply critical thinking and creativity within brand and design system boundaries.
  • You are comfortable working precisely during night shifts when required.
  • You collaborate with colleagues across teams and locations, communicating clearly and effectively.
