About this Role

We are seeking a Content Specialist to join our agile and collaborative marketing team, supporting the UK consumer market through the creation, maintenance and optimisation of digital content. This role is ideal for an experienced content professional who enjoys working with digital platforms, content management systems and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused digital experiences. You will help manage and improve web content, digital campaigns, emails, banners and promotional assets while ensuring consistency with brand standards and design guidelines.

What you’ll do

  • Create, update and maintain digital content assets including webpages, responsive emails, display advertising, banners and promotional content.
  • Conduct content reviews to ensure accuracy, quality and consistency across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content remains current, relevant and aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage content using content management systems and support colleagues through knowledge sharing and training where required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer journeys and overall customer experience.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and work closely with copywriters, designers and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Follow brand standards, messaging frameworks and design system principles to ensure a consistent digital experience.

Who you are

  • You have 3+ years of content editing or digital content management experience.
  • You possess strong knowledge of content management systems, ideally including headless CMS platforms.
  • You have strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • You can manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • You have project management capabilities and a structured approach to delivering high-quality work.
  • You are comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across different functions, teams and geographies.
  • You have experience using Office 365 tools and project management platforms to manage content revisions and version control.
  • Basic understanding of telecommunications products, services and technology is advantageous.
  • You can interpret requirements, work from creative briefs and deliver content aligned with brand and tone-of-voice guidelines.
