Contract Administrator

 

 

Your role in a nutshell: 

 

The purpose of the role is to support the UK Business Deals Legal Team as subject matter expert for all electronic signature requests submitted by the deal lawyers. The role manages and maintains the contract repository, upload signed contracts into the database and follow up on missing information, pending approvals as applicable.

 

 

 

What you’ll do:

 

•    Process electronic signature requests submitted by the Business Deals Legal team
•    Liaise with sales, commercial and legal teams to source contracts for data extraction & data entry
•    Manage contract repository - extracting contract data, ensuring integrity of records and creating the system family matrix
•    Provide general assistance upon request to the legal team by providing the existing contracts support to enable the roll out of global contracts
•    Participate in with the development of new practices, processes and best practice sharing
•    Check self-serve contracts generated by Sales teams
•    Manage the Business Deals Legal team’s SharePoint content
•    Manage access to digital tools used by the Legal team
