About this role

We are seeking a Contract Management Lead to take ownership of end-to-end contract lifecycle management for managed services and special customer projects within the roaming and telecommunications domain. This role plays a critical part in shaping, negotiating, executing, and governing complex commercial agreements with external partners, while protecting the organisation and its customers from legal, regulatory, and commercial risks. Based in Budapest, the role operates in a highly international environment with senior stakeholder interaction and a strong focus on value realisation, service performance, and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

  • Lead all contract-related activities across managed services, setting priorities and coordinating approvals with relevant stakeholders before contract signature.
  • Draft, negotiate, and finalise commercial and legal terms and conditions for roaming agreements and special customer projects.
  • Ensure contracts include robust clauses addressing legal, regulatory, and commercial risks, such as sanctions, anti-bribery, fraud, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee contract execution, monitoring service delivery, revenue assurance, and SLA performance to ensure contractual obligations are met by all parties.
  • Proactively manage contract performance to secure incremental value and maximise the full commercial benefit of agreements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for contracting partners, handling communication, contract-related queries, and escalations.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration and contribute to digitalisation initiatives that improve speed, simplicity, and contract lifecycle efficiency.

Who you are

  • An experienced professional with a strong background in commercial contract drafting and negotiation within the telecommunications or roaming industry.
  • Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including C-level leaders, in a complex, multinational environment.
  • Knowledgeable in roaming, interconnect technologies, and industry standards, with the ability to apply this expertise to contractual decision-making.
  • Self-organised, customer-focused, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
  • Analytical and solutions-oriented, with a practical approach to managing risk and resolving complex contractual challenges.
  • Professionally proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with a legal qualification considered an advantage.
