Contract Specialist - Experienced
Your role in a nutshell:
The main responsibilities of the Contract Specialist include providing timely and constructive solution-oriented contract services to maximize revenues and profitability in a manner that minimizes liabilities and risks, whilst delighting the internal and external customer. In addition, to provide support for the drafting, negotiation, closure & implementation of contracts.
What you'll do:
- Provides contract management-related support focusing on drafting, proofing contracts and supporting the negotiation of different deals by providing insights. Additionally responsible for capturing contract-related information in relevant systems.
- Provides support to the roll-out of contracts falling into the scope of the team, including project management, drafting, negotiation, closure & implementation.
- Drives the continuous improvement of the contracting process.
- Provides contract management support for project management and negotiation closure of contracts to ensure achievement of revenue targets whilst minimizing and mitigating risks.
- Develops pro-forma local agreements, other standard documents and training materials.
- Participate in the planning of the negotiation strategy by providing relevant insights and historical data on Vodafone contracts.
- Helps with the facilitation of the planning phase by contacting relevant internal Vodafone stakeholders, consolidating information and supporting the negotiation team with ad-hoc requests.
- Provides training to other departments - especially sales - on contracting related processes/ issues/ questions.
